Returns

How It Works

We have every expectation that you will be pleased with your order. However, we will replace any item that is defective for reason of manufacture or an error on our part at our expense. Also, in the unlikely event that we ship you an item or items different than those which you ordered, we will replace them at our sole expense. Please Contact Us within 7 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process, except personalized product.

Purchased but not shipped/Order Cancelation

  • An order may not be cancelled once it has shipped from one of our facilities. Please keep in mind that we frequently ship on the day of your order or within one business day on orders of non-personalized items. Some of our suppliers are very quick in packing orders and making them ready for pickup by USPS. Once an order has been packaged by one of or suppliers and placed in its shipping queue it may not be canceled, even if the order was placed on the same day as the cancellation request.

Shipped and returned:
For loss and return due to other reasons such as security check, lost transportation, etc., we provide a full refund unconditionally.
For products returned by customers due to insufficient address, incorrect address, undeliverable address, unable to contact the customer, etc., the product is returned. 

Return: (Unused)

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused product(s).

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process

  1. Please Contact Us on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.

  2. After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

  4. After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
